Prologue

Ready to ride
Friends: bear with us as we attempt to cycle New Zealand and create a blog for you all at the same time. Our bags are packed (tomorrow) and we're ready to fly (Thursday) to Dunedin. Hazel begins her part of Ride Out Of The Blue on Saturday. We are both getting aprehensive and excited at the same time.  If I can just manage to place a picture on this page, I will go to day 1 a happy man.
